Synopsis:
PEPPER SUGAR - former Supermodel and owner of the world renown CHARLES MODELING AGENCY of NYC, inherits a strange letter back home in GARY, INDIANA where Pepper's family still lives in the original Jackson house -- unaware that they have just inherited TEN MILLION DOLLARS from the estate of MICHAEL JACKSON.
But the letter comes with conditions: investigate a trail of clues that will lead Pepper to the CHASE BANK headquarters in downtown Chicago. Unable to take the money and spend it foolishly -- the terms from the estate say they must use it to help restore the community and root out the economic cancer that plagues Gary -- Pepper finds out just how corrupt her hometown city has been under years of economic abuse.
Pepper decides that to make ANY impact, she MUST run for mayor. Arriving only weeks before the election,
Pepper's only hope is to use her money and influence to change her town for the better. But how can she do
it, as an unknown, and with the clock ticking until the election?
Enlisting the creative talent of THE CHARLES MODELING AGENCY, Pepper decides to recruit the smarts of PANDORA BOXX (and others) from her stable of talent, to mastermind Pepper’s mayoral campaign and unravel the mysterious documents given to her by an insider source - which is secretly revealing that all the ATMs in Gary are dispensing COUNTERFEIT DOLLARS.
Pepper (with Pandora’s help) creates a local underground 'terrorist' organization
PEPPER ARMY, and as its first act before the election declares war against the 'economic terrorists' destroying her community. Pepper hatches a plan to “drive-by” every ATM in Gary with a high-powered flame-thrower to stop the flow of COUNTERFEIT money and start a PEOPLES BANK OF GARY to fund local business and help the citizens start their local self-supporting economy.
Pepper hatches a plan as mayor and chairman of THE PEOPLE's BANK OF GARY to use her powers to condemn every bank building in town and then have the city blow up all the buildings so the evil banks can no longer come back again and haunt the citizens of her hometown. PEPPERS ARMY realizes that there is more than meets the eye, that secretly all the check cashing dollars are funnelled up to the giant CHASE BANK building in downtown Chicago, 25 miles away, where they are then recycled back into the community through ATMs as COUNTERFEIT MONEY. One of her citizen Army discovers that CHASE is running all the food stamp programs for Indiana.
Can Pepper take back her community, win the election, and destroy the banks and revitalize the city and use Michael Jackson's money to do it? Even with TEN MILLION DOLLARS, and being fortunate to hold
the deed to Michael Jackson's original house it will take a lot to free the citizens of Gary.
