Synopsis:
Another cold day in Cold War Britain. Spanish Communist Party menber Pablo Picasso steps off the train in Sheffield to attend the World Peace Congress. His visit will go on to touch the lives of many; but one man - the barber who cuts his hair - will carry the memory of his encounter forever.
